Using pOWL as a generic RDF browser

1.December 2004 - 17:02

Nine months ago, I asked for a generic RDF Browser to browse through term-spaces and rdf databases. Now with pOWL this task can be easily tackled.

The task of this powl browser-module is to produce xml-output of the Concise Bounded Description (CBD) of a specific resource in a selected model. Additionally it will link the output with a configurable xsl-template, depending on the rdf:type of the resource.

This means a resource of type foaf:Person has another visualization than a resource of type geoF:City. All templates should create links to the other resources of the xml-output to browse there.

I’m especially interested in a generic template which transforms the xml in some kind of highlighted source with internal links to other resources. Maybe Oliver Beckers XML to HTML Verbatim Formatter with Syntax Highlighting is a good base for developing such a xsl-template.
