After finishing my exam in december last year - I started to work in a new team. My new employer is my old employer, the University of Leipzig - but i changed to the Department of Computer Science (more precisely, the professorship for business information systems). I’ve heard the call from Soeren Auer, who is the project leader of my new working project SoftWiki, where we develop a Semantic Wiki for Agile Knowledge Engineering.

Personally - I hope that we can develop not only a Semantic Wiki for Requirements Engineering in Software Engineering Projects, but also a Semantic Personal Wiki which solves my own needs for Personal Information Management. Towards this, I want to marry the new project with my good old friend - the wacko wiki. So we can follow both ways of an semantic wiki development - the strictly semantic way and the more integrated one.

Because of this intention, we started a wacko wiki fork at SourceForge.net and maintain now our own code base. We have integrated our additions and features and now I can start to play with the semantic wiki integration.
